Stellar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Material Logistics Officer (MLO)
to support underground maintenance operations at a major WA mine site. This site-based role is perfect for someone with a background in logistics, parts coordination, or maintenance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and track machine parts and freight
- Create and manage work orders in SAP
- Daily data entry (rosters, payroll, safety, production)
- Maintain inventory, support stocktakes, manage receipts
- Assist with travel bookings, onboarding, and general admin
- Generate and distribute reports
- Experience in warehousing, parts, or maintenance admin
- Proficient with SAP
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good communication and computer literacy
- C Class Driver’s License
- FIFO from Perth – 8/6 day shift roster (Thursday to Thursday)
- Temp to perm potential for the right candidate
- Supportive and high performing team
