  • From the applicant’s home country, and anywhere else they have lived for 5 years or more
  • Must be less than 6 months old at the time of visa lodgement.
  • Past police certs are valid for 2 years if they have been submitted with a previous application.

General Medical / Chest X-ray results 


  • Must be less than 3 months old at the time of visa lodgement.
  • Past Med/X-ray results are valid for 3 years if they have been submitted with a previous application.

Education / Training Certificates that relate to the applicant’s current work

Trade Test Certificate

Past certificates of employment or employment contracts to confirm applicants’ past employment
