From the applicant’s home country, and anywhere else they have lived for 5 years or more
Must be less than 6 months old at the time of visa lodgement.
Past police certs are valid for 2 years if they have been submitted with a previous application.

Must be less than 3 months old at the time of visa lodgement.
Past Med/X-ray results are valid for 3 years if they have been submitted with a previous application.
