Here at Stellar, there is simply no compromise on safety. We partner with our clients and Field Staff to provide workplaces that are free of injury and harm.

Our Approach

Our approach to safety is all encompassing. It begins with the screening and interviewing of candidates with pre-employment medicals, reference checks, and continues to online-inductions. We monitor our people with start check calls and regular follow-up calls. Our presence on site is maintained through regular visits by all levels of management.

The safety of our people is the number one priority that there is simply no compromise on. Our business is offering life changing career opportunities but our non-comprising priority is to ensure that our people including our staff and our team on client’s worksites arrive home safely and injury free. We do work in hazardous industries; however, we must all not only recognise this but reflect it in our behaviours to ensure the dangers become recognised and managed hazards to truly achieve zero harm to all team members.
