MICHAEL MAJENDIE

Michael started at Stellar Recruitment as the Chief Finance Officer in November 2014 and is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Information Technology. Michael has 20 years' experience in Chief Finance Officer, senior finance and commercial positions in both private and listed companies in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has extensive international tax, treasury, commercial and finance experience and has provided strategic advice to Executive and Board teams on mergers and acquisitions, market directions and developing and implementing growth strategies in new and existing markets. Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three young boys and his interests include cycling, boating, rugby and travel.
