KATIE LAWRENCE

Katie is our Global Health and Safety Manager; she has a diverse experience across construction, mining, and the energy sector. 

Her approach to safety is all encompassing. She ensures that safety is a priority for our recruitment team from the beginning with the screening and interviewing of candidates through to start check. regular follow-up calls as well as keeping up a presence on site.  

In 2019, she led the successful ISO 45001 & AS4801 certification project, which internationally certifies our Health and Safety System and supports our safety priority commitment.
