Warehouse Operator
- Long-term, full-time role available
- Good starting rate
- Tuesday to Saturday day shifts available
We are currently looking to expand our warehouse and distribution team. Our Christchurch plant which is based in Islington is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join their team. The shift pattern is as follows:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 06:00AM – 02:30PM
- Friday: 05:00AM – 03:30PM
- Saturday: 04:00AM – 11:30AM
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Some heavy lifting involved
- Operating the Forklift to and Reach Truck to retrieve items
- Operating multiple forklifts to move stock around the warehouse
- Stacking boxes ready for distribution
- At least 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment
- You will ideally have a valid Forklift license however this is not essential
- You will ideally have experience operating a Reach Truck however this is not essential
- Good communication and able to work in a multicultural team environment
- Thorough with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Interested in learning new things
- Physically able (as there will be some lifting required)
- Keen attitude to learn and get involved
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
