About the Role:
Our client is seeking  Traffic Management (TTM) Workers  to join their team in Mount Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable real-life experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Traffic Management Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow around construction and maintenance sites.
Duties:
  • Traffic Control:  Set up, manage, and remove traffic control measures such as cones, signs, and barriers.
  • Site Safety:  Ensure the safety of workers and the public by managing traffic flow around work sites.
  • Communication:  Use radios and other communication devices to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
  • Compliance:  Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • General Labouring:  Assist with general labouring duties as required, including manual tasks and supporting other team members.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in traffic management or a similar role.
  • Essential:  Traffic Controller (TC) certification.
  • Desirable:  STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) certification.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Use the CoPTTM (Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management) in regard to CAT A and CAT B environments.
