About the Role:
This position is a standalone position working closely with the leadership team responsible for developing and implementing human resources systems to manage a range of HR functions ensuring compliance, best practice, leadership alignment and employee engagement. You will be providing professional HR advice, support and coaching to all sections of the operations, including leaders, on a range of systems, processes, matters and issues.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
- Performance and Conduct Management
- Human Resource Acquisition and Retention
- Learning and Development
- Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience across human resources roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
