Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their high-performing team in Brisbane .

About the Role
As a Senior Estimator , you’ll be a key player in the pre-contracts team , reporting directly to the Chief Estimator . You’ll work on major D&C and construct-only projects valued at $100M+ , leveraging your expertise in First Principles Estimating across roads, rail, and major civil infrastructure .

With a strong in-house capability and a well-established reputation, this is a business that continues to win and deliver landmark projects nationwide .

What's needed

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience estimating major infrastructure projects (roads, rail, renewables, structures, civil)
• Strong leadership and communication skills – ability to drive and support teams
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimating software and systems
