Job Opportunity: Experienced Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join a dynamic team in Auckland. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee a diverse range of projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects, managing all aspects of project delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale bulk earthworks and subdivision civil works
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
