About the Role
As an HVAC Project Manager, you’ll take the reins of commercial projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to bring projects to life and maintain a reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project delivery, from planning and scheduling to final handover, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
- Manage resources, including labour, subcontractors, and equipment, while maintaining strict budget control and preparing financial claims.
- Lead site activities, including meetings, quality inspections, and health and safety compliance, addressing any challenges that arise.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience managing HVAC or construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety requirements.
