As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a skilled Administration Assistant to join their team. This part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
In this varied and crucial role, you will support our operations through a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Managing invoicing and pricing
- Ordering materials and supplies for ongoing projects
- Scheduling and coordinating site visits and meetings
- Handling health and safety documentation and ensuring compliance
- Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyor (QS) with project documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in document management systems
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role (construction industry experience is a plus)
- Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with health and safety documentation and compliance is desirable
- Part-time, flexible hours (20-30 hours per week)
