Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
- Conduct site visits and assessments
- Analyse project specifications and drawings
- Prepare and submit progress claims
- Assist with procurement and tendering processes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project success
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software, ideally Procore.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
