Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Organising documentation for new starters
- Assist in onboarding of new hires where required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to hiring managers
The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative. To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within the mining, oil & gas or related industries advantageous
- Proven experience in supporting volume recruitment campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail
