We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in recruitment administration and employee onboarding for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration
- Champion Employment Hero recruitment workflows and system enhancements.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment overflow tasks, including phone screening, reference checks, and administrative duties.
- Assist with onboarding compliance, including:
- Arranging National Police Checks .
- Conducting Right to Work Verifications .
- Coordinating Pre-Employment Medicals .
- Managing additional personality testing if required.
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding .
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering a positive employee experience.
