We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in recruitment administration and employee onboarding for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Administration
  • Champion Employment Hero recruitment workflows and system enhancements.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment overflow tasks, including phone screening, reference checks, and administrative duties.
  • Assist with onboarding compliance, including:
    • Arranging National Police Checks .
    • Conducting Right to Work Verifications .
    • Coordinating Pre-Employment Medicals .
    • Managing additional personality testing  if required.
About You
  • Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding .
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering a positive employee experience.
