About the job:

The role provides health and safety guidance and support to our Recruitment Consultants in our Auckland office. At Stellar Recruitment, the safety of our people is our number one priority that there is simply no compromise. Reporting to Stellar Recruitment's New Zealand Health and Saferty Advisor with support from the Australian based Health and Safety Manager, you will support safe work practices across the regions, conduct assessments of client health and safety practices and worksites and assist with the continual enhancement of our Safety Management System in line with ISO45001. In addition, you will manage the injury management and return to work processes for Stellar's New Zealand Field Staff and support and contribute to a variety of health and safety projects and initiatives.

This role engages across all levels of the business, and we seek a true safety business partner to provide guidance and support to the New Zealand offices in the function of health and safety. You will work closely with our valued Clients across a range of industries.

  • Full New Zealand working rights
  • Relevant Health and Safety qualification
  • Computer literacy and administration skills
  • To show a keen interest in Work, Health & Safety and developing a long-term career in this area
  • Willingness to travel regularly
