Your main responsibilities will be:
- Procure & agree the services of subcontractors
- Provide clear detailed quantity take offs
- Assemble accurate and well organised estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Tender Bids, Design-Build and ECI projects.
- Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients
- Prepare contract budgets
- Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industry
- 3+ year industry experience in contract management practices
- Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts
- High level computer processing skills in Microsoft Programmes
- Strong communication, team management and leadership skills
- Commercial construction experience
