They have considerable work in hand, and now require a competent CIVIL SUPERVISOR to join their business in Bunbury on permanent basis.
  
About the Role
  
This role offers the huge lifestyle upside of living on WA’s stunning south-west coast in Bunbury or nearby, while you build a meaningful career with a reputable civil business. As CIVIL SUPERVISOR , you will coordinate and allocate resources and oversee daily site activity during construction of various civil projects which may include; earthworks, drainage, roads and pipelines. Your role will involve managing subcontractors, organising daily site activities, promoting and driving an injury-free safety culture and ensuring HSE compliance across the site. The successful CIVIL SUPERVISOR will join a highly accomplished construction team to supervise and lead experienced groups of long-term, blue-collar employees to achieve the key project milestones. This role will suit a CIVIL SUPERVISOR with around 5+ years of civil contracting experience who is looking for a stable long-term position, whilst enjoying the superb lifestyle benefits of living on WA’s stunning coast in Bunbury. On offer will be a terrific remuneration package CIRCA $140K Base + Super, vehicle and phone , and a start ASAP pending your current situation.
  
Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements  

• 5+ years’ of civil construction experience as CIVIL SUPERVISOR on Earthworks, Drainage, Road Construction, Hardstands, Mine Infrastructure, Water Corp or industrial projects for Civil Contractors in Australia
• Proven success as a CIVIL SUPERVISOR managing construction teams and effectively allocating and utilizing plant and equipment to achieve project milestones
• Natural leadership skills and good all-round communication ability to liaise at all levels with various stakeholders
• Possess a “no fuss, can-do” attitude with flexible approach to problem solving
• Currently Bunbury based or nearby for an easy daily commute OR willing to relocate to Bunbury ASAP
• Existing rights to work in Australia
