With a team of over 170 professionals, they have a proven track record of delivering successful projects across a diverse client base. As they continue to expand, they are now seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple   projects across Brisbane.
  
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role will see you leading project teams and managing complex scopes of work, including ITS, signalling, electrical and services infrastructure across road and urban projects.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of projects, improve processes, and maintain industry-leading standards in quality and safety. With a strong leadership team offering support and mentorship, you’ll have the autonomy to drive success while being based at head office with regular site visits.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee TMR, electrical, and signaling projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and refine project processes, procedures, and quality controls .
• Manage budgets, estimates, and project variations .
• Work closely with TMR & council bodies to ensure compliance and approvals.

• Energex accreditations (preferred).
• Experience in delivering ITS projects (highly regarded).
• Strong ability to manage budgets, estimates, and contract variations.
• Hands-on experience with TMR & council processes.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and leadership skills.
