Role Overview:  We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Superstar to join our dynamic team. This role involves new business acquisition and account management, focusing on expanding our presence in premium outlets.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in grocery, cafes, bars, and beauty outlets.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

• Proven experience in business development and account management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong network within the grocery, cafe, bar, and beauty sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
