What We’re Looking For:
- Asphalt Laborers : Some Experience Needed
- Asphalt Operators : Proficient in the operation of pavers, rollers, and other equipment.
- Asphalt Foremen : Strong leadership and project management skills with experience leading a crew.
- Asphalt Technicians : Knowledge of asphalt mix designs, testing, and quality control.
- Mix, spread, and level asphalt on roads, driveways, and other surfaces.
- Operate and maintain asphalt equipment (pavers, rollers, etc.).
- Ensure quality control and safe work practices on job sites.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct inspections and repairs as needed.
- Previous experience in asphalt work is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license
- Class 2 and WTR (requirements for some positions)
- Safety-conscious and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
