His career spans OEM, product support, maintenance planning, and leadership roles across underground and surface mining operations. Factory-trained in Mining Automation in Finland (2008), he has worked closely with owner-operators and Tier 1 contract miners, specialising in cost-reduction strategies. Hayden has driven international recruitment campaigns to various countries pressure testing candidates in pursuit of correct skilled trades aligning OEM & fleet requirements project specific.
As General Manager of Maintenance, Hayden is committed to delivering end-to-end people solutions that address skill shortages, reduce contractor reliance, and improve operational efficiency. He works closely with clients to understand their unique challenges—whether skillset dilution, fleet specialisation, or international recruitment—ensuring tailored solutions that drive long-term success. Known for his hands-on leadership, Hayden prioritises face-to-face engagement, to guarantee the right fit for high-performance teams.
