Recently, Mike has worked closely with a local commercial building contractor to partner with them in bringing 20-25 migrant workers over from the Philippines. As a result, the company has been able to remodel and accommodate the additional overseas staff. He has assisted in their integration and ensured a smooth transition into NZ.
