Born and raised in Christchurch, Blair began his recruitment journey with Stellar back in 2017, and now works across our Build Trades division in Auckland. He brings his core values of honesty and trust to his role and sees these as the foundation of long-standing relationships with clients and candidates. He looks to his children for inspiration in all that he does and plays padel and cricket in his spare time.
